SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are manufactured to order, and then shipped out to you, so shipping time will depend on your location.

Manufacturing time can take 2-7 days plus the following delivery times per region.

Australia & NZ – 12-14 Days

United States – 3-4 Days

Canada – 6-10 Days

Europe – 2-8 Days

Please keep in mind that these are all estimates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us before returning any products, If The item is faulty or damaged, take a photo and attach to your message and we can organise a refund or exchange.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We do not refund orders for change of mind.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Orders - the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays May Occur as a result of customs.
